We also have secured two way discussion threads for our clients to use where email isn’t effective. We can communicate using text messaging, IM’ing from almost any platform, AOL, MSN, ICQ, GoogleTalk, Skype, Jabber, Yahoo, iChat or if you prefer, face to face or over the phone. File Submission
We offer several different methods for File Submission.
First, feel free to provide us a disk (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, ZIP, JAZZ, etc.) and send it to your sales rep or CSR.
Please check out our website, The Bureau Online for web based file submission and reviewing your jobs. For registration, please email patrick.stuart@thebureau.com to be set up.
Also, we provide a shared FTP site for file upload. We can also provide private FTP access for secure or confidential material.
We can also tailor a file submission path specifically for your workflow, whether it is email, ftp, web or direct print, we have the skill and technology to provide you an optimal file submission path.
