Our iGen3 was our flagship for On demand Printing. With it’s ability to do short runs (as short as one page) without the typical setup time of offset with plates and ink. We are able to turn jobs quickly and easily but still hold quality to meet our customers expectations.
We have upgraded from the iGen3 to the Kodak Nexpress 2500 with inline bookletmaking. We currently have 2 Nexpress 2500’s featuring 5 color capabilities.
Near the 2 Nexpress 2500’s we have finishing equipment to complete your job immediately. In addition to our “near line” finishing we also offer in-line and offline squarefold booklet making on the Nexpress’s which produces stapled square corner booklets.
The Nexpress 2500 is a 5 color digital press featuring the ability to print a red, green or blue spot color or a clear toner option to spot or flood coat a sheet to create a high gloss or satin look on top of the print. We have 2 Nexpress Intelligent Glosseres to help make that clear toner incredibly glossy for photo printing and simulating UV like coating.
We have a 31″ 2 sided laminator to do short run digital print laminating. We can also GBC and coil bind documents as well as 2-5 hole drill finished work.
We have partners to help produce perfect bound books, tab cut stocks and even laser die cut pieces in short runs.
Also, we have access to The Bureau’s complete Bindery shop as well as many partners for specialty finishing needs.
